private clients-Chronic pain
(lower bacK, shoulder, knee or hip)

No referral needed. A great option for anyone wanting to make a start straight away to address chronic pain.

Pain is debilitating, impacting quality of life through reduced functional capacity, disturbed sleep and poor mental health.

We have experience in dealing with the complexity of pain, painting a clear picture of how you can best improve function and reduce pain. We develop the best program for you based on work from experts in their field (eg Stuart McGill for lower back, Eric Cressey for Shoulder Health and Lorimer Moseley for chronic/arthritic pain) but also increase your confidence to move better through the day, as this has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain. Initial sessions are 60min with 45min subsequent sessions. You can book via phone or

medicare clients

Referral required from GP (Medicare EPC Careplan), providing up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year for 'chronic medical conditions'  (i.e conditions that have been or are likely to be present for at least 6 months). Sessions are 45min.

An initial session will determine baseline fitness with a tailored exercise program prescribed to address your goals and reason for referral

Your GP can send through your referral and we will then be in contact to book your initial session.

Alternatively you can call or                                        if you already have a referral in place.

DVA clients/tactical personnel

A valid D904 referral is required from your GP, relevant to your condition to be treated. At your initial session we will discuss how often you would like to visit. This will be determined by your goals, medical history and condition to be treated. Sessions are 30min.

Depending on access to equipment, we can get you setup with an independent program to perform between our supervised sessions.

Your GP can send through your referral and we will then be in contact to book your initial session.

Alternatively you can call or                                        if you already have a referral in place.

NDIS/my aged care clients

Exercise Physiology can help you improve capacity and independence. There are plenty of benefits to developing a regular, supervised exercise routine, including both mental and physical improvements. For NDIS we are happy to accomodate both plan-managed and self-managed participants and liase with any support worker/case managers. For My Aged Care we can enter an agreement to act as a 'contractor' with your service provider. Sessions are 45-60min.

We can be contacted via phone or email to start the process.

Workcover/Return to work

We are happy to assist with any return to work/conditioning programs, aiding recovery from mental or physical workplace injury.

We will liase with any third party insurance companies and case managers to take the stress off the recovery process for you. Initial sessions involves performing baseline measures and developing a Provider Management Plan (PMP) to help form a return to work framework. Sessions are 60min. We can be contacted via phone or email to start the process.
